When my nieces and nephews were small and hungry, noodles (with butter and parmesan) was often what they'd ask for. It is easier and healthier than Kraft macaroni and cheese. And they loved to help grate the cheese, stir the noodles and measure out the butter.

- Macaroni or other noodles
- Organic butter
- Parmesan cheese, grated (Parmesano Reggiano is my favorite)
- Good Quality Salt
- Pasta cooking pot
Step 1. Prepare noodles
Bring a salted pot of water to boil.
Add the noodles.
Cook until al dente or a little longer.
Step 2. Dress the noodles
Toss the noodles with butter and grated parmesan cheese.
Salt to taste.
